Step 1
LAND CLOSING
We set a win-win agreement with our land partners.
Step 2
AUTHORIZATION & PERMITS
Project engineering and permitting phase, that we manage direct with our skilled team.
Step 3
FINANCING
We organize the equity and the bank debt for the construction of the project.
Step 4
CONSTRUCTION
Engineering, procurement and construction. We build the plant, keys in hand, managing all steps up to commissioning phase.
Step 5
EE CONTRACTING
Public feed in tariff, Auctions, physical or virtual PPA. We balance the choices due to the market availabilities.
Step 6
OPERATION
Asset Management of the plant during all operation life.

Administrative manager of RenX Italia Srl and Clear Energy Srl. She has expertise in the areas of renewable energy plant management for all financial, administrative and corporate aspects.

Aerospace Engineer with 20 years of technical and project management experience in the wind energy sector. He is partner in several projects and operational director of RenX group.

Lawyer with consolidated experience in capital markets law and investment services, he assists banks, brokers, investment funds and companies operating in various sectors, particularly in the financial and energy sectors

Chartered Accountant and Auditor, partner of ABM & Partners in Vicenza, in addition to ordinary business consulting, he is specialized in the areas of M&A and international contracts.
Alicja Mikuś
Energy Systems Engineer, with a great passion for solar energy, graduated from the Technical University of Wroclaw. She is team leader of the Project Management department of RenX Group.
Aleksandra Surmińska
Holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a specialization in Production and Technological Systems Engineering. She is a member of the Project Management team of RenX Group where she deals with cross-cutting projects.
Piotr Protasiuk
Holds a degree in Economics, specializing in Project Management. He is part of the Business Development team for the creation of new projects, negotiating land with public bodies and private entities.
Michał Krzak
Holds a degree in Economics - Administration and with a specialization in General Management. He is a founding partner and attorney of the RenX Italia in Poland. For RenX today he oversees the development activities of the Business Development team.
Giovanni Cis
Master's degree in chemical engineering. Engineer of long standing, his skills and experience range from chemical to electrical. Today he is involved in the development of hundreds of MWp of photovoltaic projects in RenX Group.
